Question C.
The characters in the book Hoot I read seem very believeable. From Roy to Beatrice's stepbrother, the characters relate to me or to people i know. They complete the story's theme and setting. Also their characteristics are realistic to their personalitys, as well as their decisions throughout the story.
The people from Hoot are believable. In the sunny setting of florida where the story takes place, Nepolean a boy whos always on the run, has no home, and a mother who dose'nt care about him. He seems more realistic then all three of the main characters. He cares for baby owls and the nature in Cocanut Cove. He can run as fast as a cheetah. His sticky situations match his character as he moves toward a better place for the baby owls to move to. His way of life is very diffrent from others and shows it well in the book.
In conclusion I think you will see that the characters are as real as can be. Their actions relate to the same things i would do in those predicaments. The people fit perfectly with what the story is about.
